• exercising more, eating less, and running the wheels off the Phil & Ted's stroller.
• heading to bed because I know it's good for me, even though I'd rather sit here in peaceful, silent blogland.

Beware the Ides of...

• a teething baby
• great homes on which we keep bidding a day late and a dollar short
• preschool screenings
• teaching position limbo
• a boxer with a torn cruciate knee ligament
  

But, we humans have our health, honestly. Knock on wood for that. We know we are lucky; although just a tad stressed out.

Ethan's 6-Month Checkup

Here's another example of the insanity of time's way of flying by faster than you realize... Ethan will be 6 months Thursday and had his checkup today.

Here he is with his doc. They are approximately the same size.Stats, you ask? 27 inches (70th percentile in height) and 20.5 pounds (yep, 95th percentile in weight, hence his nickname of "Chubba Wubba"). He's doing solids now and thinning out a teeny tiny bit (I know, the thinning out is barely noticeable, but it is happening,
I swear, thanks to the Jumperoo).

Chubs always tries to grab the camera from me,
so I have a thousand photos like this.
He's such a determined man.

We love our little jolly almost 6-month-old.
