March Photo Challenge: March 5 - Numbers
After stewing about what to post as a "numbers" photo (not my favorite entry in the challenge), my messy, scribbled-upon calendar ended up being the most likely subject. March contains many NUMBERS of busy days for both Jon and myself and the anxiety is beginning to set in a little. [sigh]

Yellow Belt!
Last night, Andrew had his second belt test. He advanced to yellow! Grandma Diana, Jon, Ethan and I were able to be there. He really did very well at the test and we are all so very proud of him.

March Photo Challenge: March 1 - Your Shoes
I changed into these Birks the moment I arrived home from a school day that ended with an amazing 4th/5th grade steel band rehearsal. The ghostly white feet are bordering a clump of bright, confused grass on this unseasonably warm 80° day. My goofy-looking ankles are still sporting the effects of too-tight socks that were worn on feet that didn't sit down, except for lunch.
