Burbank Bits: Summer Project #4: Dining Room Paint and Chair Rail

The guy above is singing in the newly-painted dining room. We also added a chair rail. There are plans for crown moulding next summer to finish the look, but we ran out of money and time for that this year. Green is my very favorite color so I LOVE this room now!
