Myrtle Beach 2013, Chapter 2 of 3: Dunes Village Indoor Water Park

We booked this resort on a couple of friends' recommendations because they said the indoor waterpark was really fun for their kids. We also liked the idea of being able to do something active at the beach in the VERY LIKELY event of rain, since it has been raining in our neck of the woods for about a month straight.

Dunes Village did not disappoint. The boys LOVED the slides and Mommy and Daddy loved the hot tubs strategically placed where parents could keep eyes on their kids while taking a relaxing dip. Love. The guys were exhausted each night and, on Friday morning, sure enough, we experienced the remnants of Tropical Storm Chantal. It was really neat hearing the rain pound overhead while the boys were having a great time sliding.
